Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in student counseling, academic advising, or telesales (voice process preferred) Industry Preference: Prior experience in EdTech or educational services is an advantage We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping learners make informed decisions about their education. Prior experience in academic counseling or inside sales (voice process) is preferred. Key Responsibilities: :Engage with students and parents via inbound and outbound calls :Understand student goals and recommend suitable learning plans :Clearly explain course details, features, and benefits :Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and email :Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools :Achieve weekly and monthly guidance/engagement targets :Coordinate with internal teams for seamless student support
Call and follow up with students and parents, explain EaseToLearn courses, manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to closure, maintain post-sales relationships, and update communication records.
