As a leading drop shipping company specializing in providing high-quality products to customers, we at DROPDASH aim to offer a seamless e-commerce experience by connecting suppliers and D2C/Drop-shippers, focusing on innovation, customer satisfaction, and growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Sales Leadership team and contribute to expanding our reach in the competitive e-commerce landscape. In the role of Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales process, acquire new D2C/Drop-shippers, and foster relationships with clients. Collaborating closely with the marketing and operations teams, you will identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and assist in growing our company's portfolio. Your ultimate objective will be to increase revenue, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional service to our D2C/Drop-shippers. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Outreach: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new drop-shippers and expand our D2C/Drop-shippers base. - Customer Acquisition: Pitch drop shipping services to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of our platform, product catalog, and competitive advantages. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with drop-shippers, ensuring satisfaction, addressing issues, and promoting ongoing business engagement. - Negotiation & Closing Deals: Engage in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms agreements with D2C/Drop-shippers to drive profitability and uphold company policies. - Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the D2C/Drop shipping process, product offerings, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects and clients. - Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, report key performance indicators (KPIs), update the Sales Manager regularly, provide sales forecasts, and contribute to team objectives. - Customer Feedback & Market Insights: Gather feedback from drop-shippers to enhance services, identify growth opportunities, and stay abreast of industry trends. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. - Strong negotiation abilities and a goal-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
