Job Description

Roles and responsibilities Lead Generation – Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online research. Cold Calling & Prospecting – Reach out to new prospects to introduce products/services. Customer Engagement – Understand customer needs, explain product benefits, and build trust. Product/Service Pitching – Present solutions over calls, emails, or virtual demos. Follow-ups – Nurture leads by maintaining regular communication until closure. Sales Conversion – Convince prospects and close deals to achieve targets. Cross-selling & Up-selling – Promote additional or higher-value products/services. CRM Management – Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipeline, and follow-up records. Sales Reporting – Share daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline progress.
