Job Description

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to manage and support our internal software systems and SaaS tools, ensuring smooth operations and secure access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and provision SaaS applications and user accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.) with proper access and security protocols.
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 software support across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
Monitor and enforce IT security protocols, including MFA, SSO, and endpoint protection.
Troubleshoot software and system issues, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Maintain documentation and records for user access, software licenses, and IT support tickets.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and basic automation to streamline IT workflows.
Communicate proactively with staff to resolve technical issues quickly and provide guidance on tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of corporate IT support experience, preferably in software/SaaS management.
Proficient with SaaS tools, user account management, and security protocols.
Comfortable across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
