Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Vadodara for a US IT Sales Recruiter. The role involves identifying and engaging top IT talent for various positions, collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will proactively source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate terms, and ensure efficient onboarding to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals across various skill sets.
• Strong skills in candidate engagement, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze client requirements to find suitable candidates.
• Knowledge of the US IT industry, roles, and market trends is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
