Role Summary
We’re hiring an experienced full-cycle Account Executive to grow new business in the US.
You’ll manage leads end-to-end, run clear discovery and tailored demos, keep stakeholders
aligned with crisp written follow-ups, and maintain an accurate, dependable pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead & pipeline management: Prioritize and progress inbound/outbound leads;
keep stages, notes, and next steps current in Attio
● Discovery: Uncover objectives, constraints, stakeholders, and decision criteria;
convert findings into a concise value narrative.
● Demos & presentations: Deliver focused, audience-appropriate demos; handle
questions and objections with clarity.
● Follow-ups & documentation: Send timely, succinct recap emails with agreed
actions and dates; keep opportunities auditable.
● Proposals & negotiation: Prepare clear proposals; manage commercial
discussions to an agreed decision.
● Stakeholder management: Coordinate champions and executives; loop in
internal specialists at the right moments.
● Forecasting: Maintain an honest forecast; communicate risks and assumptions
early.
Qualifications
● 5+ years quota-carrying Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS or
tech-enabled services selling to the US market.
● Consistent attainment in new-business roles, including multi-stakeholder
opportunities.
● Evidence of strength in lead triage, discovery, tailored demos, written
follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
● Clear, professional written English and confident virtual meeting facilitation.
● Habitual, disciplined CRM use (Attio), plus Calendly and Slack.
● Able to work standard US Eastern Time hours.
