Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

An IT Operations specialist will lead critical functions that enable seamless IT service delivery across the Ola Group. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end IT operations including productivity applications, enterprise collaboration tools, network infrastructure (active & passive), asset management, and enterprise tech support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Productivity Applications & Collaboration Tools

Own the administration, uptime, and performance of enterprise productivity platforms like:
JIRA, Ameyo, WordPress, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack etc.
Lead integrations and process automations across platforms to drive IT efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure tools support operational needs.

2. Network Infrastructure (Active & Passive)

Oversee the design, maintenance, and scaling of Ola’s internal and external network infrastructure.
Ensure high availability and security of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, access points, switches, routers, and data cabling across offices and plants.
Partner with vendors and internal teams for upgrades and troubleshooting.

3. Asset Management

Lead the IT Asset Management (ITAM) function across the Ola Group—tracking lifecycle, usage, and optimization of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Implement controls for procurement, deployment, recovery, and disposal.

4. End-User Support & Helpdesk

Manage the IT Support Desk to deliver support for employees across functions.
Define and track SLAs for issue resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive adoption and training for business apps and collaboration tools.

Key Requirements:

10–14 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or related roles.
Proven experience leading cross-functional IT teams and enterprise-wide rollouts.
Deep understanding of network topologies, IT asset lifecycle, and SaaS administration.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to fast-paced tech or manufacturing environments is preferred.
