Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT leader to drive the digital backbone of Vrinda Nano Technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing complex IT environments, from infrastructure and cloud platforms to enterprise applications and cybersecurity. This is a leadership role that requires strong operational execution and a proactive mindset to align technology with business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the management of core IT infrastructure, hardware assets, and network security
Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring uptime, scalability, and compliance
Direct the maintenance and optimization of CRM and ERP systems
Champion the adoption and training of Microsoft 365 tools across teams
Identify opportunities for automation, digital workflows, and tech-enabled efficiencies
Ensure full compliance with cybersecurity policies, licensing, and IT governance
Build vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support evolving tech needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in mid-to-large enterprises
Proven success managing cloud-first environments and enterprise SaaS applications
Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT asset lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
