Job Summary: The IT Lead will oversee daily IT operations, maintain infrastructure security and availability, and lead technology projects. The role involves supervising IT support, ensuring system reliability, and coordinating with the IT Head and senior management on planning and reporting. Qualification Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role Key Responsibilities: IT operations and infrastructure management ERP/application support IT security and data protection Business continuity and disaster recovery Asset, vendor, and procurement management IT support team supervision Project coordination and stakeholder engagement Documentation, reporting, and compliance Key Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows Server, networking, security, firewall) Leadership and team management experience Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with Active Directory, VLANs, endpoint security, ERP systems Exposure to Power BI, cloud services, and remote connectivity tools is a plus Apply at: recruitment@shreeref.com Show more Show less
