Information Technology Lead

The incumbent will lead the IT function of a growing real estate developer, responsible for defining and executing the 3-4 year IT roadmap. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning to align technology infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the

  IT architecture

  and roadmap for the group covering infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the

  evaluation and implementation of ERP/CRM systems

  (preferably SAP, FarVision, or similar real estate CRMs).
• Oversee

  cloud migration

  , data warehousing, and business analytics platforms.
• Establish robust

  IT governance

  , cybersecurity protocols, and data protection policies.
• Manage

  vendor relationships

  , SLAs, and IT budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Drive

  digital transformation projects -

  automation of workflows, process integration, and analytics dashboards.
• Build and mentor a

  lean internal IT team

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record of

  designing IT systems from ground-up

  or leading modernization projects.
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP/CRM implementations

• Strong grasp of

  data management, business intelligence (Power BI/QlikView)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline (MBA in IT Management preferred).
