Information Technology Lead

Job Summary

Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy to support business objectives.

·        Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and system architecture.

·        Drive digital transformation and innovation to improve customer experience.

·        Manage and optimize server infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and performance.

·        Ensure robust networking solutions to maintain seamless connectivity, security, and efficiency.

·        Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

·        Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.

·        Lead a team of IT professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business needs.

·        Implement best practices in IT governance and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  .
• Certifications in

  networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or IT governance

Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

  of experience in IT, with at least 5

  + years in a leadership or managerial role

  .
• Experience in

  financial services, banking, fintech, or regulated industries

  is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in

  IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity

  .
• Experience in

  cloud technologies

  .
• Knowledge of

  core banking systems, enterprise applications, and IT governance frameworks

  .
• Familiarity with

  regulatory compliance

  for financial services.

Soft Skills:

• Strong

  leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning

  skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with

  cross-functional teams and stakeholders
