Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our Application Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise web, mobile, and cloud applications aligned with business needs Preferred candidate profile Lead enterprise web and mobile application development. Manage application lifecycle and ensure VAPT compliance. Collaborate with ERP, CRM, HRMS, and Logistics teams. Drive SAP/Oracle integrations and ETL automation initiatives. Support Power BI reporting and digital transformation projects. Mentor and manage developer teams (backend, frontend, mobile Skills Required: - Full Stack Development (PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) - Mobile App Development (Cordova/Framework7) - Database Management (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL) - Cloud Storage (Azure), API Integrations (SAP APIs) - Application Security and VAPT Compliance - Power BI Visualization (preferred
