JOB SUMMARY AUM Capital is looking for an experienced Wealth Product Trainer to lead the training and development of our wealth management team. The role involves imparting in-depth knowledge of wealth products, mentoring new joiners, supporting them in portfolio management and client engagement, and tracking their performance on key benchmarks. The primary responsibilities of the Trainer will be to: · Deliver structured training programs on various wealth management products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, etc.). · Provide onboarding training and continuous handholding to new joiners. · Guide RM/BDEs in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and product selection. · Coach team members on client pitching techniques, objection handling, and goal-based financial planning. · Track performance of team members on sales, client retention, and engagement benchmarks. · Create training content, modules, and tools for digital and in-person delivery. · Conduct refresher sessions based on market developments, new products, and regulatory updates. · Partner with the business team to identify training needs and skill gaps. · Mentor underperforming team members and support their development journey. · Maintain training MIS, session feedback, and performance reports.
