Lead Manager HNI & Corporate Client Engagement

As a Lead Manager, your role will involve engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients to secure appointments for our Product Managers. Building strong relationships with premium clients and ensuring seamless coordination for business opportunities are essential aspects of this position. Your responsibilities will include initiating and managing outbound calls to HNIs & corporate customers, introducing them to our financial products and services. You will be responsible for securing meetings between potential clients and Product Managers by effectively communicating value propositions. Maintaining a professional and engaging rapport with clients to ensure a high conversion rate is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback. Collaboration with Product Managers and the sales team to align customer engagement strategies is crucial. Staying updated on financial products, market trends, and competitors to address client inquiries confidently is also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in telecalling, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in financial services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach are essential. Your ability to engage professionally and confidently with HNIs & corporate clients is key. A proven track record of achieving call and appointment-setting targets is important. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required. Basic understanding of investment products and services is preferred to be successful in this position.,
