· Deliver structured training programs on various wealth management products (mutual funds, PMS,
AIFs, bonds, insurance, etc.).
· Provide onboarding training and continuous handholding to new joiners.
· Guide RM/BDEs in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and product selection.
· Coach team members on client pitching techniques, objection handling, and goal-based financial
planning.
· Track performance of team members on sales, client retention, and engagement benchmarks.
· Create training content, modules, and tools for digital and in-person delivery.
· Conduct refresher sessions based on market developments, new products, and regulatory updates.
· Partner with the business team to identify training needs and skill gaps.
· Mentor underperforming team members and support their development journey.
· Maintain training MIS, session feedback, and performance reports.
Key Requirements:· Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFP/NISM certifications
preferred).
· Minimum 4–6 years of experience in wealth management, training, or advisory roles.
· Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to motivate, mentor, and influence sales professionals.
· Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
· Hands-on client management or advisory background.
· Comfortable with both group sessions and one-on-one coaching.
