dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Overview

building and executing 360° influencer and partnership strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Partnerships

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard

    micro, macro, and celebrity influencers

    aligned with the brand.
  • Plan and execute

    influencer campaigns

    for product launches, seasonal activations, and ongoing brand storytelling.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and influencer engagement.

  • Event Coordination

  • Plan and manage

    brand activations, product launches, sports/fitness events, and experiential campaigns

  • Ensure smooth execution of

    on-ground and digital events

    , coordinating with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Integrate influencer presence in events for maximum visibility.

  • Sponsorships & Collaborations

  • Identify and secure

    sponsorship opportunities

    in sports, marathons, fitness expos, college fests, and lifestyle events.
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and deliverables with external partners.
  • Drive

    brand collaborations and co-marketing initiatives

    with like-minded wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with

    gyms, sports academies, healthcare institutions, and wellness platforms

    to increase visibility.
  • Build relationships with PR agencies and media outlets to amplify campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of influencer and partnership activities with brand objectives.

  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing influencer and event ROI.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience

    in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships (FMCG/D2C experience preferred).
  • Strong network of influencers, agencies, and event organizers in

    fitness, wellness, and lifestyle sectors

    .
  • Proven ability to manage

    end-to-end campaigns, events, and sponsorships

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle

    multiple projects and deadlines

    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in

    campaign reporting and ROI tracking

    .
