Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a FMCG Sales Head - Wellness. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities related to the wellness product line, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze market trends and sales data
• Proven experience in Account Management and Sales
• Team Management and Sales Management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in wellness products, is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
