Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Influencer Manager with a strong background in influencer marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships particularly on YouTube and Instagram while ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard Exclusive creators for brand collaboration.
• Manage a portfolio of influencers, primarily on YouTube and Instagram.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
• Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines in alignment with campaign goals and budgets.
• Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance.

Requirements

• An individual who can onboard exclusive Influencers in our agency
• Minimum 1 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Prior experience working with a brand, or influencer network is a must.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially across YouTube and Instagram.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
• Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.
