Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing strategy and campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with influential personalities across relevant platforms, negotiating partnerships, managing campaigns, and measuring performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, stays on top of trends, and has a passion for social media and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Strong focus on Marketplaces Like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Quick Commerce Platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook , Linkedin etc.). Negotiate contracts and manage influencer collaborations, including deliverables, timelines, and payment. Coordinate content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand voice, messaging, and compliance standards. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, etc.) and optimize accordingly. Maintain a database of influencers, campaign results, and best practices. Stay current on influencer trends, tools, industry changes, and competitor activity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing. Strong understanding of social platforms and influencer ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Proficiency with influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence) is a plus. Creative thinker with attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in D2C Industry is a must .
