About the Role

The brand is looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale their creator partnerships. This isnt just about sending out PR packages; its about building a high-performance engine that drives both brand visibility and genuine revenue. You will be the bridge between the brand and the creator economy, ensuring that every collaboration paid or barter delivers ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Onboarding:

    Identify and onboard relevant creators across Instagram and YouTube who align with the brands premium positioning.
  • Campaign Management:

    Manage 10-20 collaborations per month, handling a mix of paid and barter deals efficiently.
  • Negotiation:

    Own the commercial side negotiating pricing, deliverables, and usage rights with creators and their managers to get the best value.
  • Quality Control:

    Vet content for brand fit, performance potential, and storytelling strength before it goes live.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Move beyond vanity metrics; track reach, saves, comments, and specifically ROAS to evaluate the true impact of campaigns.
  • Ad Synergy:

    Coordinate with the paid media team to leverage high-performing influencer content in performance ads.
  • Relationship Building:

    Build strong, lasting relationships to ensure repeat collaborations and turn creators into genuine brand advocates.

Who You Are

  • Experience:

    2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, specifically at a

    D2C beauty or lifestyle brand

    .
  • Execution Focus:

    Hands-on experience managing monthly influencer campaigns at scale you know the operational hustle required to get 20 posts live on time.
  • Strategic Eye:

    A keen sense of which creators drive engagement vs. which drive sales, and how to balance the portfolio accordingly.
  • Platform Mastery:

    Well-versed with Instagram and YouTube trends, formats, and creator tiers (micro vs. macro).
  • Communication:

    Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills you can manage expectations on both sides (Brand vs. Creator).
