Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in executing influencer campaigns, building brand partnerships, and driving engagement across social media platforms. The role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote our products/services, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure optimal results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
  • Understanding of influencers, category, scripting, understanding and updated with regulation by ASCI. Draft guidelines for influencers for smoother flow.
  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant agencies and influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience.
  • Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic content that resonates with the audience and drives desired actions.
  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, from planning and briefing influencers to monitoring content and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI,leads, etc.), provide actionable insights, and optimize future campaigns for better results.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers, turning them into brand advocates to continuously support the brand's messaging.
  • Work with the creative, PR, and paid media teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Should also be well versed with SEBI / RBI guidelines on fin-influencers.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends
  • Proven experience in building relationships with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, etc.) is a plus.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
