About the Role:

Head of Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the influencer marketing roadmap across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with 1000+ creators and talent agencies across categories
• Lead a team to drive creator-led brand campaigns, collaborations, and endorsements
• Own campaign analytics, budgets, and ROI reporting
• Partner with brand, performance, and content teams to deliver consistent storytelling and measurable growth

Requirements:

✅ 5–8 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing (preferably with D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands)

✅ Proven experience in scaling creator networks and managing large budgets

✅ Strong understanding of content trends, data, and brand storytelling

✅ Leadership mindset with team management experience
