You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing cold email outreach using tools like Smartlead , with a strong emphasis on deliverability, domain/IP reputation , and compliance . Your work will directly influence lead generation and sales pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cold email campaigns using Smartlead or similar tools, optimizing for deliverability and response rates . Set up and manage email seed lists , A/B tests, and inbox placement monitoring tools. Develop and execute comprehensive email warm-up strategies for new domains/IPs to maintain sender reputation. Manage and monitor domain reputation , IP health , DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and blacklist status. Ensure all email content meets CAN-SPAM, GDPR , and other compliance standards to avoid spam traps and penalties. Collaborate with content teams to create high-performing cold email sequences that resonate with target audiences. Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, replies, bounce rates) and optimize accordingly. Implement segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to scale outreach efforts. Troubleshoot deliverability issues and propose solutions in real-time. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in cold email marketing , especially at scale. Hands-on experience with Smartlead , Lemlist, Instantly, Mailreach, or similar outreach platforms.
