SEO Executive – E-commerce Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Executive with a strong specialization in eCommerce businesses. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Technical SEO, strong command over WordPress and Shopify platforms, and solid working knowledge of HTML/CSS. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies across multiple projects including eCommerce, SaaS, and service-based websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement advanced technical SEO strategies: site audits, crawl optimization, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, and internal linking.

• Optimize and manage websites built on WordPress and Shopify, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated at the theme, plugin, and content levels.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure clean code, fast load times, and SEO-compliant markup using HTML/CSS.

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop SEO content strategies tailored for eCommerce, SaaS, and service-oriented domains.

• Analyze and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• Identify SEO growth opportunities across category pages, product listings, blogs, landing pages, and internal site structures.

• Execute and monitor ongoing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives across multiple web properties.

• Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to drive unified, ROI-focused execution.

• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven SEO experience, with at least 2 years focused on eCommerce SEO.

• Strong technical SEO expertise, with demonstrable experience resolving crawl/indexation issues, schema setup, page speed optimization, etc.

• Advanced proficiency with WordPress and Shopify platforms.

• Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, ability to read and modify frontend structure for SEO

impact.

• Deep understanding of SEO for different business models: eCommerce, SaaS, and services.

• Excellent command of SEO analytics tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.

• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel with precision and clarity.

• Strong documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
