About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with creators and bring impactful campaigns to life.


Key Responsibilities:


Influencer Research & Identification


  • Conduct targeted research to discover influencers who align with brand goals and audience demographics.


  • Evaluate influencer profiles using KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, audience authenticity, and content quality.


  • Maintain and regularly update influencer databases and CRM tools.


Outreach & Relationship Management


  • Assist with influencer outreach via email, direct messages, and influencer platforms.


  • Coordinate negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing communication with creators.


  • Support in building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial influencer relationships.


Content Collaboration & Campaign Strategy


  • Collaborate with influencers on content ideas and ensure alignment with brand voice and campaign briefs.


  • Draft and manage campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and content rights.


  • Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and platform-specific standards.


Campaign Planning & Execution


  • Support the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns across multiple digital channels.


  • Monitor real-time campaign performance, flag issues, and support optimization efforts.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social media, paid media) to ensure cohesive execution.


Social Listening & Trend Monitoring


  • Track brand mentions, competitor activities, and relevant content trends across social platforms.


  • Compile and present regular reports on influencer and platform trends to guide strategy.


  • Stay updated on evolving algorithms, creator behavior, and audience engagement strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:


Prior experience with an influencer marketing agency is a plus.


Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics (CPM, ER, CTR, ROI).


Passion for digital culture, content creation, and online storytelling.


Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.


Proficiency with influencer marketing tools/platforms and reporting dashboards.
