Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard influencers aligned with the brands values and goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Develop creative influencer campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyse influencer performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, etc.) to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitors' campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Creativity and an eye for social media trends.
