Jr. Quality Control Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION Company: HealthyHey Foods LLP Industry: Nutraceutical Department: Quality Control Designation: Jr. QC Executive Qualification: Masters in Nutraceuticals/Microbiology/Food Technology Reporting To: Head- R&D and Quality Location: Andheri East, Mumbai DETAILED ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • • • Perform microbial and physicochemical analysis of finished products such as particle size, pH, bulk density, moisture, solubility and capsule weight variation. Collaborate with R&D team for market research, scientific research and product development. Preparation and maintenance of Certificate of analysis (COA), Material safety data sheet (MSDS), rejection and discard reports of finished products. • • Sensory evaluation of powdered finished products. Co-ordination with external laboratories for heavy metal testing of finished products except top 10 and its record maintenance. • Collaborate with regulatory team in uploading six monthly quality test reports for all products in accordance with the Food Safety Compliance System (FoSCoS). Co-ordination with external laboratories for water testing and its record maintenance. Preparation and maintenance of technical documents such as SOPs and FSMS documentation as and when required. • • • • • Handle technical related customer complaints and queries. Conduct Internal audits and participate in external audit activities. Internal calibration of laboratory instruments such as weighing balance, bulk density apparatus, pH meter, stability chamber and moisture analyser. • • • Conduct Internal quality training programs related to food safety for food handlers. Evaluate and maintain control bottles of every batch of finished products. Provide quality test reports to E-commerce, Customer support and Marketing team as and when required.
