Influencer Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Flo Mattress (Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in influencer/social media marketing, good communication & negotiation skills, and fluency in Kannada or Telugu.

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site, Mon–Sat)
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in influencer or social media marketing
CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Start Date: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist influencers aligned with brand goals.
• Reach out, pitch collaborations, and negotiate deliverables and pricing.
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, content guidelines, and content delivery.
• Maintain relationships with influencers and creator agencies.
• Build and maintain an influencer database.
• Track and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, impressions, ROI).
• Collaborate with content/design teams for brand-aligned campaigns.
• Re-purpose influencer content for ads, emailers, and website

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in influencer/social media marketing.
• Fluency in Kannada or Telugu (both preferred).
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic Excel skills for reporting & tracking.
