Role Overview We’re looking for a result-oriented and dynamic professional to join our team as a B2B Partnerships – Sales & Client Relationship Manager . This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a drive to exceed targets. The role comes with monthly sales targets and performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and close new B2B partnerships with brands for influencer and digital campaigns. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers. Understand brand objectives and offer customized influencer marketing strategies. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a consistent lead pipeline. Work closely with the internal team to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction. Stay updated with digital marketing and influencer trends to pitch innovative ideas. Maintain reports of outreach, conversions, and client interactions. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or business development (preferably in influencer marketing or digital media). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset. Understanding of influencer marketing, social platforms, and brand collaboration models. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
