Role Overview

B2B Partnerships – Sales & Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close new B2B partnerships with brands for influencer and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Understand brand objectives and offer customized influencer marketing strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a consistent lead pipeline.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with digital marketing and influencer trends to pitch innovative ideas.
• Maintain reports of outreach, conversions, and client interactions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or business development (preferably in influencer marketing or digital media).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, social platforms, and brand collaboration models.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
