Role Overview

Client Onboarding & Partnership Trainee

Lead Identification → Lead Outreach → Lead Conversion & Relationship Management.

LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and campaign partnership closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads

  using platforms like

  LinkedIn

  and industry tools.
• Conduct

  personalized cold outreach

  via LinkedIn and email to connect with key brand decision-makers.

• Pitch influencer marketing solutions

  confidently and follow up to

  close partnerships

  with interested brands.
• Assist in the

  client onboarding process

  , ensuring smooth communication and transition into campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create custom influencer marketing strategies based on brand goals.
• Stay up-to-date with

  marketing trends

  , especially in influencer and digital marketing.

• Design and present pitch decks

  to clients that reflect an understanding of brand tone, target audience, and influencer fit.
• Maintain clear records of leads, outreach status, follow-ups, conversions, and relationship updates.
• Participate in weekly reviews to evaluate lead quality, outreach efficiency, and conversion performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  and cold outreach techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in

  pitching and relationship building

  with brand managers and marketing heads.
• Strong understanding or keen interest in

  digital marketing

  and

  influencer marketing ecosystems.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet outreach/closing targets.
• Basic design and presentation skills to create

  pitch decks and proposals.

• A go-getter mindset with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced marketing agency.
