Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with strong experience in

onboarding YouTubers

to drive

performance marketing campaigns

. The role requires hands-on execution, creator relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Scouting & Onboarding (YouTube-Focused)

  • Own the end-to-end YouTuber scouting and onboarding process, from understanding campaign briefs to creator shortlisting and onboarding
  • Identify and onboard relevant Nano, Micro, and Macro YouTubers based on campaign objectives, target audience, and brand tonality
  • Build and maintain a strong, updated database of YouTube creators across categories such as Finance, Tech, Lifestyle, Food, Fitness, etc.
  • Develop data-driven frameworks to evaluate creators based on reach, engagement, audience quality, content relevance, and performance potential

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven influencer campaigns on YouTube
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution including outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking setup, content approvals, and timelines
  • Work closely with strategy, pricing, and operations teams to align influencer selection with budgets, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of influencer-led campaigns

Performance Marketing Support

  • Support performance marketing campaigns by onboarding creators suitable for CPA/CPL/CPS-based models
  • Ensure creators understand campaign goals, tracking links, CTAs, and performance expectations
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimization by identifying high-performing creators and content formats

Market & Influencer Insights

  • Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, content formats, algorithm updates, and influencer marketing best practices
  • Maintain strong relationships with YouTubers, agencies, and creator platforms to source talent quickly
  • Share market insights, creator trends, and performance learnings with internal teams

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing (YouTube experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the YouTube influencer ecosystem and performance marketing models
  • Established network and good connections with Nano, Micro, and Macro YouTubers
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced performance marketing environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
