Influencer Marketing Executive

We are hiring for an Influencer Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to independently manage influencer collaborations and deliver high-quality brand campaigns.

Role Overview

The role involves end-to-end management of influencer marketing activities, including influencer sourcing, relationship management, campaign execution, and performance tracking. This is a mid-level role that requires ownership, coordination, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and timelines
• Execute influencer campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting
• Ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate closely with internal marketing and brand teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media trends
• Proven experience in influencer coordination and negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
• Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
