Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
• Develop and implement campaign strategies to meet client KPIs and business goals
• Handle media planning, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget allocation
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, sales) and directly communicate with clients
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients and stakeholders
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROI, ROAS, and overall efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes, trends, and best practices
  

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying on Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Proven track record of managing campaigns with budgets of ₹50 lakhs or more per month
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.)
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Proficient in campaign reporting, tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
