Job Description

Job Title: Industrial Trainee – Chartered Accountant

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Department: Global Internal Audit

Job Summary:

Industrial Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits across departments.
Support the audit team on assignments like Internal Audit, ERM, IFC, and special projects.
Update audit findings and follow up for closure using audit tools.
Perform risk assessments, walkthroughs, and control testing.
Document findings and prepare reports with recommendations.
Help with data analysis and reporting using SAP and Excel.
Create presentations and summaries for management in PowerPoint.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve compliance and processes

Required Qualifications:

Cleared
CA Intermediate (Both Groups)
Eligible for
Industrial Training
as per ICAI guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

Prior exposure to internal audit assignments; articleship experience is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
Working knowledge of SAP for navigation, reporting, and data extraction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with data analytics tools is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
