Job Description

Industrial Trainee Winter Batch - 2025

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in managing front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of hospitality industry operations and procedures is preferred.
