Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian Sous Chef with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Kochi, responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of in-room dining services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency and excellence in food presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their culinary skills.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef or in a related field, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and its various regional specialties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
