Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian Sous Chef with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing banquets, events, and other culinary functions.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Indian cuisine and banquet operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene procedures.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
