About the Team:
The pricing team supports pricing managers in optimizing different pricing strategies for various product categories across channels. The team also provides reporting support for tracking and measurement along with driving rapid insights. The team leverages data analytics to forecast/measure the impact of pricing actions, reccomend data driven price changes and identify sales/margin opportunities to achieve category wise goals.

Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute markdown tagging, weekly updates, and category level reporting
- Execute data pulls, price validation, and weekly operational support
- Support ad-hoc analysis to identify overuse or leakage in markdowns
- Assist in Markdown calendar hygiene and compliance tracking
- Generate rapid insights as per business needs
- Assists with troubleshooting & performs root cause analysis
- Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business processes
- Owns the communication and progress updates on price changes and reporting tasks, and provides best internal experience
- Partners with the right teams for any issues needing resolution
- Partners with SSC - B (Bangalore) and SSC - M (Mooresville, US) teams

- Bachelor's Degree plus 1+ years’ experience in an analytical role OR 3+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
- 1+ years’ relevant experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Wrangling data using complex SQLs and data extraction processes using data tools like SQL Assistant, PowerBI etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and with global partners
- Effective communicator – ability and skill to write, present, and listen effectively
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker etc.)
- Experience working with big data & data transformation tools.
