As the Incubation Manager at Medicaps University, your role involves overseeing the development and implementation of the overall strategy and vision for the incubation program. Your responsibilities include: - Leading a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of the incubation program - Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as startup founders, mentors, investors, industry experts, and partners - Facilitating networking opportunities and collaboration within the ecosystem - Identifying and securing funding opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships for the financial sustainability of the program - Developing criteria and processes for selecting startups to join the program - Overseeing the onboarding process for new startups and ensuring they have necessary support and resources - Ensuring effective execution of programs and initiatives within the incubation ecosystem - Monitoring the progress of startups, evaluating key performance indicators, and providing feedback for improvement - Managing the physical and virtual infrastructure of the incubation space - Facilitating mentorship programs and connecting startups with relevant industry experts - Representing the incubation program at industry events, conferences, and networking forums - Generating regular reports on the performance and impact of the program - Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and addressing any legal issues or challenges faced by startups within the program Your qualifications and experience should include a Master's degree or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and relevant experience in a similar role.
