Incubation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement incubation programs for startups, focusing on innovation, entrepreneurship, and accelerator activities.
  
• Manage the entire lifecycle of startup incubation, from ideation to launch.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
  
• Provide mentorship and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the startup ecosystem (e.g., grants, programs, government schemes, incubation). Prior involvement with a government startup agency, incubator, or VC is desired.

• Education: A Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.

• Skills: Fluent verbal communication, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a strong command of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
