Company Description Axibator is a next-gen incubator built for student founders, first-time entrepreneurs, and grassroots innovators across India. Unlike typical startup hubs, Axibator supports those who start scrappy, move fast, and build real, from college campuses to rural towns. Through hands-on programs like the Ignite Cohort, School of Entrepreneurship, and Local Launchpads, we help founders go from raw idea to MVP to early traction. We focus on real progress and community-powered execution, built for India and rooted in resilience. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Incubation Manager. The role is located in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Incubation Manager will be responsible for supporting and guiding founders through various stages of their startup journey. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and managing incubation programs, providing mentorship, organizing workshops and events, and fostering a supportive community for entrepreneurs. Additionally, the Incubation Manager will be involved in identifying potential partnerships and funding opportunities for startups.
