Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head located in Hyderabad. The Creative Head will be responsible for providing creative direction, developing branding strategies, and creating effective creative strategies. The role requires overseeing graphic design projects and managing a creative team. The Creative Head will collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and innovative branding and creative approaches.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead creative direction across branding, design, video, and campaigns.
• Craft visual identities for events, programs, and community initiatives.
• Build story-driven content that sparks engagement online and offline.
• Collaborate with our founder’s office, marketing, and events team to ensure every touchpoint feels innovative, human, and unforgettable.
• Experiment with new media formats — reels, microsites, merch, immersive experiences.

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in creative leadership (agency, startup, or independent projects).
• Strong skills in graphic design, branding, and content storytelling.
• Ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Bonus: Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or experiential design.
• Someone hungry to build, not just execute.
