Incubation Manager

Job Title:

Position Summary:

Incubation Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end incubation process. The primary responsibility of the Manager is to plan, execute, and manage one or more programs and projects carried out by the Incubation Centre for incubation and innovation support-related areas. The person must be motivated to achieve program goals and shall be able to initiate activities to meet the requirements of the programs with minimal support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design incubation program & cohort
• Understand program objectives, create a plan of action, and execute the same in a time-bound manner
• Maintain databases of all parameters of the program and its execution
• Management of budget utilization and the financial status of the program
• The person shall be willing to travel as necessary for program execution
• Facilitate progress review meetings and mentor meetings for startups as per program requirements
• Executing end-to-end incubation of startups, from drafting agreements to execution
• Manage day-to-day interaction with startups, track their progress, and support their ideation-to-market journey and investor connects
• Plan and execute outreach programs and startup events (business plan competitions, hackathons, boot camps, exhibitions, etc.) to identify and onboard relevant startups
• Plan and operate marketing initiatives, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, videos, and other marketing collaterals
• Execute revenue generation initiatives within the assigned area of operations
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience of working with startups or in innovation/entrepreneurship-promoting organizations or incubators preferred
• Good spoken & written communication

• Age:

  Up to 40 years

• Qualifications:

  Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Humanities, etc., from a recognized University. Post Graduate Diploma or Master's degree preferred.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 year (preferably with Incubator/VC/Startup & Innovation Ecosystem)

• Key Skills:

  Well-versed with knowledge of the Indian Startup Ecosystem
