Incubation Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Invite, identify and startups for incubation
• Oversee day-to-day operations and documentation
• Ensure effective implementation of the designed incubation framework.
• Facilitate access to tools, resources, and infrastructure.
• Work closely with startups to monitor their business performance and ensure timely support and interventions
• Support founders in refining business models, financials, and growth strategies.
• Facilitate mentorship by identifying and connecting relevant experts.
• Assist startups in developing business plans, pitch decks, and market strategies.
• Build and manage a strong network of mentors, entrepreneurs, investors, academic institutions, industry partners and ecosystem enablers
• Create opportunities for knowledge sharing, collaborations, and market linkages.
• Engage actively with the local and regional startup ecosystem.
• Represent the incubation centre at ecosystem events, forums and meetings.
• Lead outreach activities to attract quality startups and partners.
• Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, hackathons, demo days, and networking events.
• Manage promotional activities and engagement programs for startups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management
• Prior experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship development or innovation ecosystems preferred.
