We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and build a newly established in-house marketing team at our university. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who is ready to create systems from the ground up, mentor a diverse team, and bring strategic vision to life through strong execution. About the Role You will be the central pillar of our growing marketing team, overseeing functions such as content planning, performance marketing, design, and social media. You’ll be expected to bring structure, energy, creativity, and operational excellence to a fast-paced, people-first environment with over 700 staff members. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Planning Lead a cross-functional marketing team: 1 Social Media Manager, 1 Performance Marketing Manager, 2 Graphic Designers, 1 Videographer, and 2–3 Marketing Interns. Build and implement systems, processes, and SOPs for a newly formed team. Allocate resources efficiently across departments and events, ensuring all shoots and campaigns are well-supported. Set clear team goals and KPIs, and mentor each team member toward high performance. Content Oversight & Branding Review and approve the monthly content calendar and ensure timely, trend-relevant postings on all platforms. Maintain the highest standards of brand communication, ensuring all visual and written content aligns with university tone and aesthetic. Provide creative direction on all graphics and video assets—must have a strong sense of design and storytelling. Performance Marketing & Digital Coordination Oversee ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube—ensuring high-performing content is promoted effectively. Ensure all campaign and admissions data is synced with the website and CRM via the Performance Marketing Manager. Align SEO strategies, landing page quality, and performance outcomes with the website team. Operational & Strategic Execution Coordinate cross-departmentally to stay updated on all events and university activities. Ensure marketing communication is agile and aligned with real-time happenings on campus. Drive efficiency and effectiveness through timely delegation, follow-ups, and feedback loops. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of marketing experience , with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role. Proven track record of handling 360° marketing—organic, paid, digital, and visual communication. A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling —must be able to direct visual teams confidently. Excellent interpersonal skills—comfortable managing interns as well as collaborating with leadership. Comfortable with data, reporting, and fast decision-making in a large organizational setting. Experience in building marketing systems or leading new team setups is a huge plus. Bonus: Background in education, media, hospitality, or agency with diverse brand exposure. Why Join Us?
