Job Description

1. Educational Qualification Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources (HR), Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline would be preferred. Additional certifications in Corporate Relations, Business Development, or Strategic Management will be an advantage. 2. Work Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or placement-related roles. Proven experience in handling campus recruitment drives and student training programs. Experience in managing relationships with recruiters and securing placement opportunities. 3. Key Skills and Competencies Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and MS Office tools. Ability to align student training with industry expectations. 4. Personal Attributes Leadership and team management skills. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct. Ability to work under pressure and meet placement targets. Strong commitment to student career development and institutional growth. 5. Preferred Industry Exposure Experience in educational institutions, training firms, or corporate relations will be preferred. Exposure to diverse industries and recruitment processes. Understanding of market trends and employer expectations. Key responsibility areas Training Programs : Assist the Concern dean and coordinate training programs to enhance students' employability skills, with respect to the industry needs and feedback from recruiters. Placement Drives : Organize and manage on campus placement drives and off campus recruitment processes. Student Counselling : Provide career counselling and guidance to students based on their course / faculty. Industry Engagement : Maintain relationships with recruiters and industry professionals. Social media and marketing Coordination : Coordinate with the marketing team and provide the updated data with relevant information including photos, videos of latest event and achievements. Make sure the information gets published on social media on regular basis. Workshops & Seminars : Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance students' industry knowledge on regular basis. Networking : Develop and maintain the network with placement fraternity Arrange Industrial visit, guest lecture on latest technologies and trends Show more Show less
