What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    across CA, CS, Legal, and support functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Source candidates through

    job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting

    .
  • Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer roll-out & negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a

    talent pipeline

    for niche and critical roles.
  • Ensure a smooth

    onboarding & induction experience

    for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Design and execute Employee engagement initiatives to foster team bonding, recognition, and cultural alignment.
  • Gather regular feedback on engagement and take data-driven actions for improvement.

3. HR Operations & Support

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and probation reviews.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and act as a

    point of contact for employees

4. Learning & Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with functional heads.
  • Design and implement learning roadmaps for different roles and levels.
  • Curate, coordinate, and evaluate technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
  • Track learning progress, measure ROI of training, and continuously improve programs.


What are the key requirements for the role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, with

    hands-on exposure to recruitment and engagement

    .
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills; familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Creative and resourceful in designing

    employee engagement initiatives

    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
