Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist. The role is based in New Delhi, though some work from home is acceptable. The day-to-day tasks include managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR management practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Experience with HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
