Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and team-building events. Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement analytics to assess employee satisfaction. Foster a culture of positivity, recognition, and open communication. Internal Communication: Design and circulate internal newsletters, HR updates, and company announcements. Promote awareness of organizational values, HR policies, and development programs. Onboarding & Induction Support: Coordinate with recruitment teams for smooth onboarding experiences. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with culture, values, and SOPs. Employee Relations: Maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels. Address grievances and concerns proactively in coordination with HR leadership. Recognition & Retention Programs: Coordinate employee appreciation initiatives like “Employee of the Month”, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and other recognition events. Assist in identifying high-potential employees for development and retention efforts. Healthcare-Specific Initiatives: Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, medical awareness days, and well-being programs for clinical staff. Ensure engagement initiatives consider shift duties and clinical work schedules. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain engagement trackers, feedback reports, and dashboards. Present monthly/quarterly reports to management with actionable insights.
